Clubs Poker's own rules list 13 excluded states

What the Jun 30, 2026 Sweepstakes Official Rules say, how the list has grown, and the one place it differs.

Clubs Poker's Sweepstakes Official Rules, in the version dated Jun 30, 2026, say the sweepstakes is open to US residents "excluding California, Connecticut, Idaho, Louisiana, Maine, Michigan, Montana, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, Tennessee, Washington, West Virginia and where otherwise prohibited". That's 13 states. We retrieved the document on Oct 11, 2026.

What changed on our side. Our earlier list was compiled from press reports, and it left out Maine. We've added Maine, so the state picker and the map now treat it like the others, and we no longer show a Clubs Poker link to visitors who pick Maine. The list on our pages is now the one in Clubs Poker's own document.

How the list has grown. The Rules dated Dec 30, 2025 excluded 11 states: California, Connecticut, Idaho, Louisiana, Michigan, Montana, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, Washington and West Virginia. The Jun 30, 2026 version adds Maine and Tennessee.

Where it differs. Clubs Poker's Terms of Use (version 5.6, updated as of Jun 30, 2026) say that certain Games or Services aren't available in a list of states and territories that also names Indiana. The Sweepstakes Rules don't list Indiana. We haven't confirmed which document governs poker, so our picker follows the Rules for now.

Oklahoma isn't on either list. See our note on Oklahoma's SB 1589. The Rules can change at any time, so read Clubs Poker's current terms for your state before you play.

Our read: We'd rather quote Clubs Poker's own document, with its date, than a press list. We'll keep dating it.
