US players: what we could and couldn't confirm

Phenom Poker's Terms of Service don't name the United States and don't publish a restricted list. Clause 17.1 says Phenom “does not currently accept players who reside in, are located in or are habitually resident in various countries, states, and jurisdictions.” Clause 4.4 says that if you can't find your country of residence in the list shown during registration, Phenom can't accept you. Its help center says the full list is in the terms (updated Mar 21, 2026), but the terms don't contain one.

We found no official page confirming US availability, and we couldn't view the registration country list.

What our rep says: Phenom Poker's affiliate manager told us verbally that every state is open. We hold nothing in writing. Read the terms and check the list at registration before you fund an account.

Games

Cash games and sit and gos (help center, Mar 21, 2026): Hold'em (No-Limit and Limit); Omaha (PLO, PLO5, FLO, Hi-Lo, Big O); Stud (Seven Card, Hi-Lo, Razz); Draw (2-7 Triple Draw, Single Draw, Badugi); and double-board Bomb Pots in PLO4, PLO5 and PLO6. Sit and gos list NLH, PLO and 5-Card PLO, heads-up, 6-max and 9-max, standard and hyper.

Mixed games, cash: Fun Mix, H.E.R.O.S., 8-Game, Standard Circus and T.O.R.S.E. We didn't find the game-by-game make-up of those rotations.

Bellagio Mix (blog, Sep 26, 2026), 13 games: Limit Hold'em, Limit Omaha 8/b, Seven Card Stud, Stud 8/b, 2-7 Razz, PL Super Stud 8/b (capped), 2-7 Triple Draw, PL 2-7 Triple Draw (capped), Badugi, No Limit Hold'em (capped), PLO (capped), Big O (capped), NL 2-7 Single Draw (capped).

Tournament mixes in the lobby on Oct 11, 2026: 8-Game Mix, 9-Game Mix, 10-Game Mix, Fun Mix, Circus Mix, Super Circus Mix, Super Triple Draw Mix, Triple Draw Mix, Dramaha Mix, PLO Mix, Triple PLO and TORSE.

Other variants: Open Face Chinese, Taiwanese Poker (live Sep 6, 2026, per its blog) and Taiwanese Jokers, which it calls a “Phenom Original”. Its help center says HUDs and poker trackers are not supported.

Stakes ceiling: its pages disagree. A help article lists cash stakes up to $10/$20 and then $300/$600 as the top band, while its rake page lists No-Limit and Pot-Limit rows up to 1000/2000. We don't give one figure.

Rake

Phenom says it uses “a weighted contributed rake model - rake is charged proportional to each player's contributions to the pot,” and that the percentage decreases as stakes increase. Tournament fees “are shown in the buy-in (e.g., '$10 + $1').” No-Limit and Pot-Limit cash games, as listed on its rake page (the page doesn't label the currency unit of the caps, so we don't either):

Some rows are grouped. Limit and mixed-game tables run from 5.0% at the lowest stakes down to 1.0% at the highest, and Open Face Chinese and Taiwanese Poker from 5.0% down to 1.0% per point. See its rake page for the full tables. The page shows “Sep 6, 2026” at the bottom without saying what the date means.

Rakeback and bonuses: its pages disagree, so we don't publish a figure. A help article, its rewards page and its Oct 7, 2026 Rewards 2.0 post give different rakeback schedules, and Rewards 2.0 is arriving in stages. Its help article, promotions page and current reload offer also give different welcome-bonus sizes.

Currency, funding and withdrawals

Currency: its pages disagree. Its help center (Mar 21, 2026) says USDT is used for all gameplay, funding and withdrawals. A blog post dated Aug 22, 2026 says CHIP, a new in-game currency “backed 1-to-1 by the US Dollar,” went live on Aug 24, 2026 and that everything now runs on the Base network. Its promotions and PSOP pages now quote CHIP, and some also quote USDT. We can't tell you which currency applies to withdrawals today.

Funding: the help center says there is no minimum, and lists USDT on Polygon plus other tokens that are converted. The blog says you can fund with any major stablecoin and receive CHIP. A separate April 7, 2026 post lists PayPal, Revolut, Cash App, Venmo, Wise and Zelle through Peer, with “Fees may apply” and “availability may vary by region.”

Withdrawals (help center, Mar 21, 2026): “Instant,” no fees, no minimum, no maximum, and KYC completed first. Another help article says withdrawals are processed within seconds to a few minutes, with no manual reviews, while a third says a security review may pause them in rare cases. These articles pre-date the CHIP change, so we can't confirm today's terms. We haven't tested withdrawals.

ID checks: KYC is required before you can play. It asks for a government photo ID and a selfie, and says reviews typically take 24-48 hours.

Platforms

Phenom lists a web client, desktop apps for Windows 10 (64-bit) or later and macOS 12 or later (its help article says macOS 11), and mobile through a web app you install from iOS Safari (iOS 16.4+) or Android Chrome (Android 8+). We didn't find a native app-store app.

As published Oct 11, 2026. Source: Phenom download page (opens in a new tab); Help: mobile (opens in a new tab).

Support

Email: support@phenompoker.com, plus live chat, Discord and Telegram. Its help center says email replies typically take within 24 hours and complex issues 24-72 hours. It doesn't publish support hours.

Licence and operator

Its terms name “Phenom Poker S.A., a Panama corporation” and say it is licensed by the Government of the Autonomous Island of Anjouan, Union of Comoros, under licence No. ALSI-042402004-FI4. We didn't find a regulator-hosted page confirming that licence. It cites no US state regulator. Its terms say disputes go to the Gaming Board of Anjouan and should be submitted within seven days of the transaction. Its help center says its RNG is certified by GLI, which is its own claim that we haven't checked.

Its terms bar players under 18, or under the age of majority where they live. This site is 21+.

What we haven't tested

  • Whether Phenom accepts players in any US state
  • Real withdrawal times, and current terms since the CHIP change
  • Games, stakes and rake: we only repeat what the site publishes
  • Support response times
