Terms of use and site notices

Plain-language notes on how to use this site and what we can and can't tell you. Last updated Oct 11, 2026.

Information only, not legal advice

Everything here is information, not legal advice. We're poker players and writers, not lawyers. Rules about online poker differ by state and change, so check your own state's rules and each site's terms before you play.

21+ and availability varies by state

This site is for adults 21 and older. Each poker site sets its own minimum age, and some states set a higher one. Whether you can play online depends on where you are, and the sites we cover don't all take players from every state. If you need help with gambling, call or text 1-800-MY-RESET (1-800-697-3738). See our responsible gambling page.

Affiliate relationships

We're paid by Clubs Poker, CoinPoker and Phenom Poker when you sign up through our links, at no extra cost to you. We name the site paying us next to every affiliate link. More on how we're paid.

Availability of the sites we link to

Also linked: nothing here confirms US players in writing.

CoinPoker: its terms list the US as restricted; its rep says otherwise, verbally.

Phenom Poker: its terms don't name the US or publish a list; its rep says every state, verbally. Nothing in writing.

Read each site's terms before you sign up. Both pages are as published Oct 11, 2026.

The details, with quotes and sources, are on the CoinPoker page and the Phenom Poker page. Our Clubs Poker state list comes from press reports and is explained on the where to play page.

Accuracy and corrections

We check what we publish and date it, and we label what we haven't tested. We can still be wrong, and sites change their terms without telling us. If something here is wrong or out of date, email support@pokerforeveryone.com.

Third-party sites and trademarks

We link to sites we don't run and can't control. Their terms, rules and prices are theirs, and they can change. The Clubs Poker, CoinPoker and Phenom Poker names and logos are trademarks of their owners. We're an affiliate publisher for each of them, and none of them operates or endorses this site.

Tools

The equity calculator is educational. It shows the share of the pot a hand would take on average if the rest of the cards were dealt with no more betting. It can't tell you what will happen in a hand or what to do, and many card rooms and poker sites don't allow calculators during a hand, so check their rules. What you enter stays on your device.

What we promise, and what we don't

We try to keep this site accurate and current, but we provide it as it is and we don't promise it's complete or up to date. You decide whether to use any site we mention, and what to do on it.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed.
