Clubs Poker: we don’t link it here
Oklahoma isn't on the 13-state list in Clubs Poker's own rules. But SB 1589 has an effective date of Nov 1, 2026, and we found no notice from Clubs Poker about what it will do there, so we don't link Clubs Poker for Oklahoma.

CoinPoker: its terms restrict the whole US
CoinPoker's Terms and Conditions list the United States as a restricted territory (clause 3.1(m)), and that covers Oklahoma. Its affiliate manager told us verbally that US players are accepted. We hold nothing in writing, and it conflicts with the terms.

Phenom Poker: no published list
Phenom Poker's Terms of Service don't name the United States or Oklahoma, and Phenom doesn't publish a restricted list. Its affiliate manager told us verbally that every state is open. Nothing is in writing.
