The sites we cover
This is an information page. We don't put sign-up links here: the where-to-play page shows a link only when your state allows it, and says who pays us.
Clubs Poker: not on its excluded list
Indiana isn't on the 13-state list in Clubs Poker's Sweepstakes Official Rules, so the state picker shows the Clubs Poker link for Indiana. Its Terms of Use do name Indiana in a list of places where “certain Games or Services” aren't available. They cover Clubs Casino as well as Clubs Poker, and our Indiana story sets out why the two documents differ.

CoinPoker: its terms restrict the whole US
CoinPoker's Terms and Conditions list the United States as a restricted territory (clause 3.1(m)), and that covers Indiana. Its affiliate manager told us verbally that US players are accepted. We hold nothing in writing, and it conflicts with the terms.

Phenom Poker: no published list
Phenom Poker's Terms of Service don't name the United States or Indiana, and Phenom doesn't publish a restricted list. Its affiliate manager told us verbally that every state is open. Nothing is in writing.
