Affiliate terms

A referral is a claim for our $20 Phenom Poker sign-up bonus sent from a Poker for Everyone account that is tracked to you. Players need a free account to claim. An account is tracked to you when the player signs up through your link (we remember your code for 30 days and fill it in on the sign-up form) or types your code when signing up. The partner an account signed up with always gets the credit. If the account has no partner, a code entered on the claim form counts, and that account is then tracked to that partner.

Each referral starts as pending. We approve it once the claim meets the offer terms and isn’t a duplicate, and reject it otherwise. Only approved referrals earn anything.

$5 for each approved referral. Your dashboard shows the amount per approved claim, your claims, what you’ve earned, what we’ve paid and what we owe you.

Rake share from poker sites is off for now. If we turn it on for a site, your dashboard shows your rate before it counts.

Your dashboard shows the payout method and any minimum once we set them.

• You must be 21 or older.
• Tell people that we pay you for referrals, next to your link.
• Don’t refer yourself or claim the bonus for someone else.
• Don’t send spam, and don’t promise players anything beyond the offer terms.
• When you mention where a poker site is available, say it takes players there, and point people to our where to play page for details.

We can reject referrals, or move an affiliate account back to a player account, if these rules are broken.
